To Avoid These Problems Whatsapp Now Introducing Video and Audio Call Facility in Laptop/Desktop Also. To use This Feature PC or Laptop Must be running Windows 10 64-bit version 1903 and higher. For Apple laptops and PCs, it is macOS 10.13 and higher. 

To use These Features Desktop / Mac Must had Installed Camera and Microphone and Speaker Support. As Suggested by Whatsapp Must Use a Single Line Of Microphone and Speaker Instead of Two Devices to Avoid Echo Problem. While using Calling Feature System and Phone Must have Active Internet. During Call, You Can Switch From Video to Audio and Audio to Video Anytime.

WhatsApp video and audio calls are end-to-end encrypted, So WhatsApp and Facebook can’t see or hear users’ calls. Users Must be Installed Whatsapp on their Laptop/ Desktop. For now, there’s no support for group video calling Facilities on desktops. Whatsapp/Facebook Said They Will Include Audio, Video Group Calling Feature in Future..
